How long have your drivers been in business?

Our drivers are well-seasoned and have been taking care of travelers for over 30 years. The routes for our trips are very familiar routes to our crew.

How do I pay?

We will gladly accept all forms of payment: e-Transfer, Cheque, Debit, Cash, Credit Card (3% Surcharge applies).

What amenities are in your motor coaches?

Our motor coaches are modern and luxurious with spacious leather seating and extra legroom similar to first-class seats on an aircraft. You can expect Wi-Fi as well as a DVD player and 110 outlets.


Most importantly, our coaches are climate controlled for your utmost comfort, and have fully equipped washrooms.

I have mobility challenges. Can I still travel with you?

We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all our customers. While we make every effort to accommodate individuals with mobility issues, we recommend contacting our customer service team in advance to discuss any concerns or requirements, allowing us to better understand your unique situation and explore potential accommodations. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

What is your cancellation policy?

For short tours and day trips, payment is required at the time of booking. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations. All bookings are TRANSFERABLE.

 

For long tours, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled departure on most tours.

 

To guarantee a long tour, we must reach minimum numbers of passengers that have paid a deposit before the date we have to cancel accommodations or events. This can be 60 days prior to departure. If we don’t receive the minimum number, the trip will be cancelled. Waiting to book your spot until the trip is guaranteed may well cause the tour to be cancelled.

 

Should someone not be able to commit to making a deposit/payment, they can be placed on a waiting list in hopes a spot will still be available for their desired trip.

 

We suggest all guests purchase Trip Cancellation insurance. If paying by credit card, this may be a benefit already offered through your credit card company. Since COVID-19 hit the travel industry so hard hotel cancellation policies have changed drastically, which have affected our operations.
