Yes we can! Each guest is allowed one bag and when available, we take care of loading and unloading your luggage for you, and ensure it is delivered to your hotel room.

We strike a balance between leisure time and planned tours so that you have time to enjoy what you prefer. If you would like to take in a sight that is not on the tour, we will try to arrange it for you. If possible, we will organize a group so that you can take advantage of a discount as well.
One of the reasons our guests love our trips is that every trip has multi-night stays so you can unpack and relax. Usually we stop at the major cities for at least 2 nights and up to 5 nights. We can give you information about your specific trip so that you will see how many nights you stay in each city.
We suggest you consider travel insurance in case something happens during or before your trip. Some providers are Blue Cross, AMA and RBC.

Passengers that may require a wheelchair for all or part of a tour should be prepared to bring along their own attendant to assist them.
For short tours and day trips, payment is required at the time of booking. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations. All bookings are TRANSFERABLE.
For long tours, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled departure on most tours.
To guarantee a long tour, we must reach minimum numbers of passengers that have paid a deposit before the date we have to cancel accommodations or events. This can be 60 days prior to departure. If we don’t receive the minimum number, the trip will be cancelled. Waiting to book your spot until the trip is guaranteed may well cause the tour to be cancelled.
Should someone not be able to commit to making a deposit/payment, they can be placed on a waiting list in hopes a spot will still be available for their desired trip.
We suggest all guests purchase Trip Cancellation insurance. If paying by credit card, this may be a benefit already offered through your credit card company. Since COVID-19 hit the travel industry so hard hotel cancellation policies have changed drastically, which have affected our operations.
